The BRIDGE (Bridging translational Research Infrastructure, Data analytics, and Genomics) laboratory provides biomarker data generation (RT-qPCR genotyping/gene expression, Mesoscale ELISA assays), molecular assays, cell culture, tissue embedding, DNA/RNA extraction and facilitation of data generation by next generation sequencing providers.
