ACTRI's Center for Computational Biology & Bioinformatics (CCBB) is a collaborative center that provides investigators with bioinformatics expertise to analyze large molecular datasets and develop novel algorithms. The center offer expertise in genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, systems biology and translational medicine. Services include data analysis, biological interpretation, grant writing and training.

CCBB is also an integral part of the ACTRI Center for Excellence in Translational Immunogenomics (CETI).

ACTRI's Center for Computational Biology & Bioinformatics (CCBB) enables world-class research at UC San Diego through expert data analysis and interpretation. The center's goals are to:
  • Provide exceptional fee-for-service computational analysis and algorithm development.
  • Foster long-term collaborations with the UC San Diego research community.
  • Educate biomedical investigators in bioinformatics and connect bioinformaticians to promote exchange of expertise.

CCBB offers Bioinformatics Consultations, Bioinformatics support and various levels of collaboration.
